 1997 marks the year Luan Kimmerle joined the professional
world of Real Estate, fulfilling her goals to become a

Luan brings with her many years
of successful real estate experience on the Island of
Kauai, Hawaii, as well as Marin County, CA
Luan has sold both estate homes and
found local islanders their starter homes, while diversifying
in vacation rentals, commercial property management and
negotiations in commercial Real Estate.

Banker Bali Hai Realty and Princeville Real Estate, has
gained her the knowledge and experience of agricultural
land sales and condominium project regime sales. Having

here on Kauai.
Luan currently holds an active Hawaii and California Real
